Joe Costner & Steve Greene began a small firm with the goal of representing clients in all walks of life, in many different areas of the law. Over time, the firm grew and evolved, but those principles have remained the same.

As the practice continued to grow, Steve, practicing mostly in real estate law, eventually moved to another location that houses Blount Title Agency. Their primary services are title searches, real estate closings, property purchase agreements, and title insurance.

Joe developed his practice primarily in criminal defense, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Over the years, the firm has added additional practice areas and represented many individuals and businesses in the area. Complex litigation became the forefront of both the firm’s civil and criminal practice.

The firm handled the first one-million-dollar jury verdict in Blount County. We’ve represented individuals in large white-collar criminal defense cases, wrongful death cases, and multi-million-dollar lawsuits against entities that have engaged in medical malpractice, and product liability.

However, these achievements are not our biggest asset. We are driven by the people we represent in East Tennessee. We value details, client satisfaction and strategic solutions that allow our clients to achieve their desired results.
